WELCOME BLANKET

Welcome Blanket is a nonprofit organization reimagining how we can collectively welcome new refugee neighbors as a new American tradition. People across the country craft Welcome Blanket heirlooms and include stories important to their families about immigration, migration, and relocation. The blankets are exhibited in museums and other cultural venues. Afterward, we distribute them to partner refugee organizations to gift to our newest neighbors. Over 7500 have been made and gifted.
